A little about me...
I have always been in awe of the human body. I believe deeply that with the correct support, vitality and radiant health are available to us all.
I had a pretty tough initiation into menopause with my smallest child only 3 years old when I started experiencing symptoms. It was a rollercoaster ride and extremely challenging. I found it wasn't a topic my female friends wanted to explore. As a health coach, I was surprised to find that my usual strategies for achieving balance no longer worked. This sparked a deep dive into understanding peri-menopause and menopause.
Menopause doesn't have to be so hard or so lonely.
After navigating the overwhelming amount of information online and trying various approaches, I finally discovered the keys to managing my symptoms and regaining my vitality. This experience has not only transformed my own life but also fueled my passion for supporting other women. I have designed my programmes to share these simple strategies and help you thrive.

I danced the night away in a silver sequined catsuit to celebrate my 50th birthday.
I am constantly muddling up my son's and my puppy's name at this stage of my menopause journey!

My mission as a menopause health coach is to help women in midlife understand the symptoms and changes they are experiencing and teach them how best to support their health during this transition. Menopause has been medicalised but it is a natural process and has gifts for those who listen. It is a time to slow down and nourish the body, mind and soul.
With improved sleep, more energy, confidence and a clear mind women can experience the gifts of menopause and feel empowered as they step into their second spring!
I look at menopause through the lens of healthy ageing and see it as an opportunity to set the stage for radiant health in the decades to come.
